A: Depending on where you’re located shipping times may vary. However, we have a 24 hour turnaround time starting from when we receive your cluster to the time we ship it back.

Q: Is there any kind of warranty on my cluster after it is fixed?

A: Life time warranty on the components we fixed.

Q: What happens if my cluster cannot be fixed?

A: If your cluster is not repairable we can offer new replacement options, but it is very rare that we would not be able to fix yours.
